| All hot entrée trays come in the standard 10” by 12” pans. 24 hour notice is appreciated. Serving sizes listed are approximated to the best of our ability and are based upon one person eating one serving for their main course. If purchasing hot trays for a buffet where people will be eating smaller portions of many different items, you will obviously get more servings per tray than we have estimated.
