MAINE-MADE SOUP & CHOWDER
In 2009, HURRICANE'S - Premium Soup and Chowder From Maine
introduced our innovative new line of all natural, premium soup and
chowder, made in small batches at our federally inspected kitchen in
central Maine.  All of our soup and chowder is fresh and never frozen,
made with the freshest local ingredients available and contain no
preservatives, no added MSG or trans fats.

~CUBAN STYLE BLACK BEAN SOUP~
Black turtle beans simmered in all-natural vegetable stock with onion, bell
pepper & jalapeno.  Thick & spicy with a traditional Cuban flavor (Gluten free,
vegetarian, dairy free & low fat),<1g fat per serving

~NEW ENGLAND CORN CHOWDER~
A traditional yet rich & creamy blend of corn, diced potato & onion with all-
natural vegetable stock & cream (gluten free, vegetarian)

~BUTTERNUT SQUASH & BROCCOLI CREAM SOUP~
A curiously savory blend of fresh butternut squash & broccoli simmered
with all-natural vegetable stock and exotic spices.  Finished with heavy
cream and a blend of potatoes to add a hearty consistency (gluten free,
vegetarian)

~CREAMY BUTTERNUT SQUASH~
A creamy blend of fresh butternut squash simmered with all-natural
vegetable stock, herbs & spices.  Finished with heavy cream  (gluten free,
vegetarian)

~CREAMY TOMATO~
All-natural vegetable stock, herbs & spices simmered with tomatoes then
pureed with a touch of heavy cream

~MAINE BROCCOLI CHEDDAR~
All-natural vegetable stock simmered with broccoli crowns, diced onion,
carrot & celery.  Finished with aged cheddar from Maine’s own Pineland
Farms Creamery, fresh cream & a special blend of spices  (gluten free)

~CHICKEN VEGETABLE RICE~
All-natural chicken stock simmered with diced white chicken, onion, celery,
carrot & rice (gluten free, low fat)

~CAJUN STYLE SWEET POTATO & CHICKEN ~
A robust chicken stock with sweet potato, red sweet peppers & jalapenos.  
Finished with traditional Cajun spice, all white meat chicken & heavy cream
(gluten free)

~TWO ALARM CHILI WITH BEEF, PORK & PINTO BEANS ~
A spicy combination of lean ground beef & pork with diced onion, bell
pepper, jalapenos, crushed tomatoes & Ancho chilies, slow simmered with
just the right touch of garlic, black pepper & cumin (gluten free)

~TOMATO LENTIL WITH SWEET ITALIAN SAUSAGE~
Tomatoes, chicken stock, onion, bell pepper and carrot slow simmered with
our own spicy Italian sausage, lentils & herbs (gluten free)

~HUNGARIAN MUSHROOM~
A robust & peppery beef stock with a variety of fresh mushrooms,
Hungarian Paprika, garlic & spices, finished with sour cream & heavy
cream  (gluten free)

An award winning blend of haddock filets, diced potato and delicately
seasoned fish and shellfish stocks.  Finished with BGH free heavy cream

~MAINE CRAB & SWEET POTATO BISQUE~
A spicy blend of Maine Johan Crab & sweet potato simmered in all-natural
chicken stock, Cajun spices and finished with BGH free heavy cream (gluten
free)

~AWARD WINNING NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER~
Fresh wild clams simmered with clam broth, diced potato & minced onion.  
Finished with heavy cream (gluten free)

~MAINE SEAFOOD CHOWDER~
This premium chowder is a rich & creamy blend of all-natural fish &
shellfish stock with Haddock, Maine shrimp, Clams, Scallops, Lobster &
diced potato.  Finished with heavy cream (gluten free)

~MAINE LOBSTER BISQUE WITH LOBSTER MEAT~
Maine lobster is the first ingredient, straight from Portland.  All-natural
vegetable & lobster stocks simmered with minced lobster, sweet potatoes
& red onion. Puréed then finished with chunks of Maine lobster claws, heavy
cream, butter & sherry.  (gluten free)

~THREE CHEESE SAUCE~
3 – 5 lb pouches are perfect for Mac n' Cheese.  Made with a blend of
Pineland Farms cheddar, Parmesan & Romano Cheeses

WE DO NOT PROCESS ANY PRODUCTS CONTAINING GLUTEN IN OUR FACILITY
WE DO ROUTINE TESTING TO INSURE THAT ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS
CONTAIN LESS THAN 10 PPM GLUTEN
(THIS IS LESS THAN HALF THE PROPOSED FDA REGULATION)
